It's nearly showtime for the most anticipated fight of the year! I

Undefeated world super-middleweight king Joe Calzaghe takes on former world middleweight, super-middleweight and current light-heavyweight champ Bernard 'The Executioner' Hopkins at the Thomas and Mack Centre in Las Vegas on 19^th April. With both fighters making over 20 world title defences and also being in a select band of men who have held championship belts for over 10 years this is a fight no-one is going to want to miss, and one that both boxers are desperate to win.

An estimated 10,000 Calzaghe fans are making the journey to cheer on their hero, and all is set for an amazing dust up when the bell for round one rings. These two have been at each other for months and are chomping at the bit to finally be able to do the business where it counts, in the ring.

As Calzaghe said, "I won't be taking Hopkins lightly, but I'm going to kick his butt for him in front of all his fans" while Hopkins, 43, promises to turn the unbeaten Calzaghe into "an ordinary Joe".
